How to Delete Your Account

1: Press the Main Menu Button in the Upper-Right section of the screen.
2: Press the ‘Settings’ button.
3: Press ‘Account Actions…’
4: Press ‘Delete Account’

Your account will then be deleted. This action is permanent and irreversible. No data will be retained. Unused credits will be lost.

What are Credits?


Credits are the virtual currency used to purchase premium features in Vamp. You can use credits to unlock advanced AI generation capabilities and professional features.



How to Purchase Credits


  • Open Vamp

  • Tap the square tile in the top right corner

  • Select "Add Credits"

  • Choose a credit package and tap "Purchase"

  • Complete the purchase through your App Store account


  • How to Restore Purchases


    If you've purchased credits on another device or need to restore your purchases:


  • Open Vamp

  • Tap the square tile in the top right corner

  • Select "Add Credits"

  • Scroll to the bottom and tap "Restore Purchases"

  • Your credits will be restored to your account


  • Pricing & Availability


    Credit packages are available at various price points. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. All purchases are managed through your App Store account.



    Credits Never Expire


    Once purchased, your credits remain in your account indefinitely. They don't expire and are available whenever you need them.



    Refund Policy


    In-app purchases are managed by Apple. If you need to request a refund for a credit purchase, please contact Apple Support:


  • Visit Apple's refund policy page

  • Or go to App Store settings and request a refund directly


  • What Happens to Credits When I Delete My Account?


    When you delete your account, any remaining credits are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone. Please use your credits before deleting your account if you want to preserve them.



    Issues with Purchases?


    If you're experiencing issues with purchasing, restoring, or using credits:


  • Ensure you're connected to a stable internet connection

  • Try signing out and back in to your App Store account

  • Force close Vamp and reopen it

  • If the issue persists, contact us.
